Cawley Insider: Peer Career Advisors – They’ve Been There, Done That
February 1, 2021 – Upcoming Events, Opportunities & Resources
The best people to give advice on any topic are those who have been there, done that. To help students learn more about various career opportunities, the Cawley Career Center has developed a Peer Career Advisor program.
Peer Career Advisors are upperclassmen who have been through in-depth training with our Center and in some cases have had specific industry experience to share.
These are the students you will meet with during our drop-in hours and, for this spring, may also have government or finance appointments available (new window) for you to schedule.
You can learn more about our Peer Career Advisors here (new window).
And, as always, full-time staff members add new appointments (new window) to their schedules on Handshake each week for students who want to discuss more in-depth topics.
Get started with Cawley this week by coming to a drop-in appointment (new window). We look forward to seeing you there!
