LETTER FROM THE ADVISOR:
Dear students,
Please see the latest announcements and opportunities below. Please note the exciting inaugural Pre-Health Peer Mentorship program we are starting this fall. We also updated the workshops schedule for fall. Some will be in person and zoom, and some on zoom only, that will be updated soon. This semester we will hold workshops for first year and sophomore students as well as small groups where you can get to know us and ask all of your questions.
If you are interested in a study group for the MCAT, please sign up below. As you get into the semester, please check out canvas pages “in advance exam prep “, “readings and podcasts ” and start using the pre-health dashboard .
Lucy’s note: I will now have in-person meetings on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at 2pm and 2:30pm in Poulton Tent which is outdoors. We can do additional meetings in this outdoor location, space permitting. My other meetings will be on zoom. I kindly request that you wear a mask when meeting with me at this time. Thank you.
We hope your first week in class has been safe, enjoyable, productive and motivational.
All the best,
Mary Beth Connell, MD and Lucy Cherner
