Cawley Career Education Center Services

We are committed to both safety and equitable access to opportunities and connections for all students. As such, all Cawley Career Education Center activities will take place in a virtual format during summer 2021 and with virtual and in-person options for the 2021–2022 school year. This includes appointments with staff, employer information sessions, interviews, workshops, and drop-in appointments.

Drop-In Appointments
Come to a 15-minute, virtual drop-in appointment to review your documents, start planning an internship or job search, or discuss Cawley resources. You can access drop-in hours and instructions to learn more about hours and how to connect with us.

Career Exploration & Intro-to-Cawley Seminars
Build your career story and strategy in community with students from your class year. Look for emails from us mid-fall and in early spring with dates and RSVP details. 

Industry Exploration
Want to learn more about an industry? Reach out to one of our peer industry ambassadors in Hoya Gateway starting in mid-September. Also, keep an eye on employer events and career fairs in your Handshake event calendar during the school year.

Mock Interview Appointments
If you want to practice for an interview, please attend drop-ins (Monday — Friday, 1—3 p.m.) to meet with a staff member or stop by to pick up a hard copy of our interviewing guide.
