It is with a great deal of appreciation for the Georgetown University community, and the Cawley Career Education Center and pre-law students in particular, that I pass along that November 4th will be my final day as the campus Pre-Law Advisor. It has been a privilege helping Hoyas realize their legal aspirations.

During the interim time between my departure and the onboarding of a new Pre-Law Advisor, we will continue providing excellent support to students interested in law school and legal careers. Remember that our very comprehensive Pre-Law Guide is always just a click away. Furthermore, stop by during our daily drop-in hours for help with cover letters and resumes (including law school resumes) and schedule an appointment with the Georgetown Writing Center for feedback on personal statements and other essays. We will also soon offer the services of a pre-law coach, with whom you will be able to schedule appointments through Handshake. Finally, reach out to the Cawley Career Education Center for contact information for faculty, staff, and alumni who can discuss your legal career ambitions and what law school and various legal professions are like.
