Georgetown Career Fairs
Every year, we bring employers from around the country to recruit Georgetown students and alumni for full-time and internship opportunities in a variety of industries. These career fairs are offered exclusively for degree-seeking Georgetown University students and degreed alumni. Registration opens the day of the fair at the time provided below.
Note: For Fall 2020, all fairs will be hosted online. Information is listed in Eastern Time.

July 30, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
You’ve learned, led, and succeeded in college, and now you’ll have the opportunity to tell your story to employers at the BIG EAST Class of 2020 Virtual Career Fair. This event, created exclusively for graduates who completed their degrees in 2020 at a BIG EAST school, will connect you with organizations hiring now.
To ensure a positive experience, registration is required for this event. We encourage you to prepare for this event like you would any other recruiting event, especially by researching the employers who will attend. Your school’s career services office will happily help you create your game plan for success.
September 3, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Meet virtually with middle-market and boutique investment firms hiring for full-time jobs and internships in financial services for summer 2021. This career fair is open to all Georgetown University juniors and seniors. Dress code is Business.
September 10, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Meet virtually with Consulting Firms from a wide variety of industries. These firms are hiring for both internships and full-time positions beginning summer 2021. This career fair is open to all Georgetown University juniors and seniors. Dress code is Business.
September 17, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
This event is offered exclusively for degree-seeking Georgetown University students and degreed alumni of Georgetown University. All majors are welcome. This fair will focus on industries and skillsets in health, science, technology, and/or quantitative analysis. Registration is required in order to sign up for specific employer sessions.

September 18, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please join on Friday, September 18, 2020, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. our annual flagship event! This event is offered exclusively for degree-seeking Georgetown University students and degreed alumni of Georgetown University. Undergraduate and graduate students from all majors and programs are invited. Each year nearly 1000 students attend.
To prepare, students can “drop in” with the Cawley Career Education Center during our Zoom drop-in hours, Monday – Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. For more advice on how to prepare, read this great article written by a former recruiter.
October 20, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
The virtual fair provides you a smaller and more intimate networking opportunity than a larger career fair, in which you will meet with representatives from dozens of communications-related organizations to learn about their companies, discuss your career plans and learn about possible internships and jobs. This fair is co-sponsored by the Center for Career Services, Graduate School of Political Management, School of Media & Public Affairs, and the Cawley Career Education Center at Georgetown University.
