The law school application cycle is kicking off! Remember that I’m here to answer your law school and legal career questions and to review documents. However, note that both my Handshake appointment slots and Inbox are pretty quick to fill up this time of year, so have some patience when reaching out and seeking assistance. But know that you have me and Georgetown’s Pre-Law Guide on your side. Take advantage of these resources, take your applications one step at a time, and I’m sure you’ll all put together your best possible packages.

As you go along, if financing law school is a concern of yours, make sure you look into potential outside scholarships that you might qualify for and want to apply for. AccessLex Institute maintains a large Scholarship Databank that is incredibly helpful in this regard. Sift through it. In addition, consider creating a user account with AccessLex Institute to fully take advantage of all of their free resources for aspiring law students and lawyers. The Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to facilitating the law school and legal career processes. Check it out.
