Pre-Law Advising at Georgetown University
Pre-Law Advising Appointments
Pre-law advising appointments are 30-minute meetings for Georgetown undergraduates and recent alumni. In an advising session, the pre-law advisor can, among other things, help you to decide whether law school is right for you, answer questions regarding the law school application process, review your resume and personal statement and help you to generate a list of law schools that fits your needs. Law School Visits
In the fall, several law school admissions officers visit the Georgetown campus or offer virtual info sessions. These visits can help you learn what distinguishes one school from another, and provide you the chance to talk with those who will be reading your application.
